With Strait.PMS we are very up front with our pricing. Not only are our rates very affordable, but there is NO initial outlay required.

Our rates are based on the size of your property and how frequently you wish to be invoiced for the service; the longer the period you commit to then the cheaper the service gets!

 

Pricing Plans

We offer convenient monthly payments; you simply setup an automatic payment and pay as you go. A three month minimum contract term applies if using this option. However, if you are after the lowest cost, we offer six and twelve monthly plans.

Total powered sites/backpacker beds:   Includes permanently occupied sites.

Installation & Training

We have specifically designed Strait.PMS so that you can install and setup the software yourself. However, installation and training is available if you require it at a rate of $60 per hour +GST. If onsite installation is required then our reasonable travel costs will also be applicable. A minimum charge of 4 hours applies to all onsite installations. We can import customer and reservation data from most systems, as long as we can obtained either direct access to the database or you can generate reports (in either csv or Excel format) that contains all of the information that we need. This typically takes 2-3 hours of chargeable time. Please send as an example of what you would like to be imported to confirm the price for this service.

 

Support

Email and telephone support during office hours is included. We may require remote access to your computer in order to resolve some issues. Whilst support is generally free for paying customers during office hours, we reserve the right to charge you at our standard rate of $60 per hour + GST if the problem is caused by your equipment or environment or is outside of our control. Our policy is not to charge customers for support calls of less than 10 minutes duration.

Support outside office hours is charged at $80 per hour +GST. A minimum charge of 1 hour applies.


 

Invoice & Payments

Our system will automatically send you an invoice by email when it becomes due. You can view all of your invoices/payments via your online statement. Payments can be made via internet banking or credit card (note that a small credit card surcharge applies if paying by this method).
